  • CertiQ - Frequently Asked Questions
of months This explains why the values are the same every month although your actual production may well fluctuate But this doesn t matter as long as the total is correct How frequently is the production from a generating plant measured Generally once a year by your grid operator or measuring company unless you have made other arrangements What happens with the measured production volume The measuring company or grid operator will record the meter reading either manually or automatically Your grid operator then sends the data to CertiQ using an automated system This happens every month for plant meters that are read every month For plants where the meter is read once a year the reading for the year is sent in 12 equal portions When the regional grid operator sends us the measured production volume we issue certificates for that volume of production the same night The certificates are then credited to the trader s account I have applied for a subsidy What else do I need to do After receiving a positive decision from Agentschap NL you can start installing the solar panels Contact your grid operator for advice on installing the correct meters When you know when the meters will be installed you can register at CertiQ You can review the necessary steps here I still haven t received any subsidy Why not There are three possible causes You haven t registered your generating plant with CertiQ You can review the necessary steps here Is your plant already registered with CertiQ If you haven t received confirmation of registration yet your grid operator probably hasn t approved your request yet This usually takes a few weeks if you have any questions on the status of your registration please contact your grid operator If you have registered at CertiQ and you have received confirmation of registration please contact Agentschap NL at sde agentschapnl nl or call 088 602 3450 Agentschap NL is the institution responsible for paying out subsidies They can help you further When will I receive my definitive annual account Agentschap NL will send it once it has a full calendar year of measurements For more information contact Agentschap NL at sde agentschapnl nl or call 088 602 3450 Do I need to let Agentschap NL know I am registered with CertiQ No CertiQ will let Agentschap NL know you are registered as soon as your registration is definitive This is done at the same time as we send you confirmation that you are now definitively registered Once CertiQ has informed Agentschap NL that I am registered how long will it be before I receive subsidy CertiQ can t answer this question For more information please contact Agentschap NL at sde agentschapnl nl or call 088 602 3450 How frequently will I receive my subsidy We can t answer this question For more information please contact Agentschap NL at sde agentschapnl nl or call 088 602 3450 How do I get subsidies for the electricity

  • CertiQ - You can find the answers to your questions here
can begin paying the subsidy How often is the electricity produced at a plant measured That depends on the agreements made with your grid operator In principle measurements are made once a year for small connections 3x80A monthly for all other connections How do I know that the grid operator has passed on my measured production volume In the week after we receive the readings from your network operator you will be given an overview of the measured production volume This shows when we received the readings and how much energy was measured If you think something is not right please contact your grid operator Soon you will also be able to do see your measured production volume through MyCertiQ What does CertiQ do for me We issue certificates for the renewable energy produced by your power plant These certificates allow you to obtain subsidies and prove the sustainability of the energy produced Do I have to notify CertiQ if I intend to expand my plant If you expand your plant under your current subsidy approval you should re register with us using the application form Under the heading capacity enter the total power capacity of your system in the new configuration In addition state in the comments section that your current plant has been expanded Your grid operator will receive your registration form and check the information If this is correct your grid operator will approve your application form and pass it on to us You will then receive written confirmation and the revised data will be passed on to Agentschap NL I plan to put up a plant alongside an existing one for which I am already receiving subsidies What should I do You must distinguish between the old and the new production plants If you have a second subsidy approval your new plant is a separate entity according to the relevant laws and regulations You must therefore register the plant separately with CertiQ Under the heading capacity enter the power capacity of your new plant In addition state in the comments section that you have received a second subsidy approval and have established a second production plant Your grid operator will receive your registration form and check the information If everything is correct your new plant will be registered with us You will receive confirmation of this In addition make sure that the gross production of the old and the new production plants can be measured separately You will need to have two gross production meters installed for this For more information please contact your grid operator Are there consequences if the annual accountant s report is submitted late Yes under the Guarantees of Origin scheme CertiQ must levy a penalty Late submission will result in GoOs being cancelled for at least one month depending on how late the report is submitted Late submission also affects your subsidy if your plant is eligible for subsidies Can I ask for extra time to submit the accountant s report
