    Taak 13 van het IEA PVPS is om de werking betrouwbaarheid en de elektrische en economische performance van fotovoltaïsche systemen en subsystemen te verbeteren door middel van het verstrekken van een gemeenschappelijk platform waarbij kwaliteitsaspecten worden gedeeld en uitgewisseld tussen de betrokken partijen het verspreiden van deze kennis naar de verschillende actoren op de markt Taak 13 zal zich richten op het samenstellen van betrouwbare statistische gegevens voor een verscheidenheid van beslissers voor verschillende PV toepassingen en systeem locaties bijvoorbeeld verschillende landen regio s klimaten technische zaken zoals aanpassing testmethoden en levensduur beoordeling van PV modules langdurige vergelijking van het gedrag van systemen en componenten evenals prestatie analyse en optimalisatie van PV systemen economische en institutionele zaken zoals de vergelijking van de investeringskosten en energiekosten de analyse van de onderhoudskosten van specifieke componenten en de analyse van storingen en statistische gegevens Twee benaderingen voor het verzamelen en analyseren van de prestaties van PV systeem gegevens zullen worden toegepast een wetenschappelijke benadering die een diepgaande analyse van de geselecteerde data mogelijk maakt en een bredere aanpak die gebruik maakt van statistische methodes om grotere steekproeven te evalueren op een eenvoudiger niveau De PV industrie is zeer geïnteresseerd in informatie over de prestaties en betrouwbaarheid van panelen en systemen Bedrijven die de vereiste gegevens tot hun beschikking hebben echter de neiging om terughoudend te zijn aangaande het delen van deze informatie De internationale partners in deze Taak gaan de uitdaging aan door juist deze bedrijven in een vroeg stadium te betrekken bij dit project Dit zal de bedrijven mogelijkheid geven om gezamenlijk een werkplan te ontwikkelen Om anonieme verwerking van de door de industrie geleverde gegevens te garanderen zullen gestandaardiseerde rapportage formulieren worden ontwikkeld en afspraken zullen worden gemaakt met de projectpartner die de leiding heeft over subtaken Verschillende takken van de

    12 13 14 15 16 17 18 National Survey Report of PV Power Applications in the Netherlands 2013 In dit rapport staan de ontwikkelingen in 2013 beschreven op het gebied van zonne energie in Nederland het onderzoek de industrie en de marktontwikkelingen De Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland stimuleert zonne energie in opdracht van het ministerie van Economische Zaken Alle deelnemende landen sturen jaarlijks een nationale update aan het International Energy Agency IEA RVO nl doet dat voor Nederland Uit het rapport blijkt dat een aantal trends zich ook in 2014 doorzet de positieve ontwikkeling van de interne markt The objective of Task 1 of the IEA Photovoltaic Power Systems Programme is to promote and facilitate the exchange and dissemination of information on the technical economic environmental and social aspects of PV power systems Task 1 activities support the broader PVPS objectives to contribute to cost reduction of PV power applications to increase awareness of the potential and value of PV power systems to foster the removal of both technical and non technical barriers and to enhance technology co operation An important deliverable of Task 1 is the annual Trends in photovoltaic applications report In parallel National Survey Reports are produced annually by each Task 1 participant This document is the country National Survey Report for the year 2013 Information from this document will be used as input to the annual Trends in photovoltaic applications report The PVPS website www iea pvps org also plays an important role in disseminating info information arising from the programme including national information Installation data The PV power system market is defined as the market of all nationally installed terrestrial PV applications with a PV capacity of 40 W or more A PV system consists of modules inverters batteries and all installation and control components
