    and their quartets His Trois Pièces de Fantaisie sur un thème de Berlioz for alto sax and piano has been published by Lémoine in Paris Recently he completed a mass for baritone and organ which has been recorded as well as evening canticles for choir and organ in the Anglican Tradition Otto de Jong Netherlands studied the flute with Koos Verheul and choir and orchestra direction with Ed Verheul and Lucas Vis He played the flute in various orchestras and ensembles e g the Residentie Orkest in The Hague He has conducted a wide variety of orchestras and ensembles such as Circle Percussion Ensemble d Accord the Centraal Kamerkoor in various productions He was the artistic director of the Songfestival for Seniors for over 10 years For Musicians without Borders Otto de Jong travelled a number of times to previous warzones in the Balkan the Middle East Rwanda and Northern Ireland to give musical workshops for children in refugee camps and schools and to train future workshop tutors and music teachers Otto de Jong conducts the Regional Youth Orchestra Artiance since 1991 and has made some outstanding productions such as the World Children s Festival Terra Festival and Kunstpalet There have also been some co productions with international artists such as Mostar Sevdah Reunion en Aly N Diae Rose Program The traditional surprise of Artiance Centre for the Arts Alkmaar developed and performed by Artiance students and intented for the younger audience Organ hard rock and dance together no problem A program of music dance and drama in which we look for connections with the organ The theme Music and Space is translated into a program including works by Elgar and Debussy which will take you on a flight Boarding time 19 30 and fasten your seatbelts Onze partners Our

    won prijzen op internationale concoursen in Brugge Toulouse en Nijmegen en heeft als organist en dirigent vele uitvoeringen van Bach s werk op zijn naam staan Hij is momenteel te horen en te zien op allofbach com een internetsite waarop de komende jaren alle muziek van Bach geplaatst zal worden Hij is orgeldocent aan het Utrechts Conservatorium en het Lemmensinsituut in Leuven improvisatie en de totale breedte van het orgelrepertoire hebben daarbij zijn volle aandacht Hij speelde concerten in de meeste Europese landen en gaf cursussen in Toulouse Haarlem Brno Oundle en op Mallorca Reitze was organist in Breukelen en Zaltbommel hij componeert en maakte diverse cd opnames In 2000 nam hij het initiatief tot de oprichting van Festival voor de Wind waarvan hij artistiek leider is Dit festival combineert het orgel met andere podiumkunsten Met Dance Works Rotterdam speelde hij succesvolle concerten met dans op orgelmuziek van Bach en Milhaud In 2010 ontving hij de Sweelinckprijs voor zijn verdiensten voor de orgelcultuur studied organ improvisation and composition in Utrecht and thereafter musical science He also acquired a soloist diploma harpsichord in The Hague His major interest is for baroque music especially by Bach He has won prizes at international competitions in Brugge Toulouse and Nijmegen and has conducted much of Bach s work At present he can be heard and seen at allofbach com an internetsite on which all of Bach s music will be put in the coming years He teaches organ at the Conservatroy of Utrecht and the Lemmens Institute in Louvain giving much attention to improvisation and the full range of the organ repertoire He has played concerts in most European countries and gave classes in Toulouse Haarlem Brno Oundle and Mallorca Reitze has been organist in Breukelen and Zaltbommel is a composer and made various

    in Alkmaar with its famous historic organs Together with City Organist Pieter van Dijk he forms the artistic direction of Organfestival Holland He has made several cd recordings and regularly publishes articles especially about the organ history of Alkmaar In 2012 a 32 volume edition of the collected works of the Dutch composer organist and Bach pioneer Johannes Gijsbertus Bastiaans 1812 1875 was published by Donemus for which he took care of the organ works Raaf Hekkema Netherlands As saxophonist he plays concerts all over the world performing mainly his own arrangements The solo cd Paganini Caprices for Saxophone earned him the German Echo Klassik Instrumentalist of the Year title He has performed as so loist with various orchestras and has given masterclasses in many countries Hekkema is co founder of Calefax Reed Quintet since 1985 which undertakes projects with dance theatre film animation and musical artists and performsand records all over the world Calefax has taken lessons from or worked with experts in the field of early music including Paul Van Nevel Bartold and Sigiswald Kuijken Jan Willem de Vriend and Frans Brüggen Calefax has won various prizes and distinctions From 2014 on Raaf Hekkema is head of the saxophone department at the Royal Conservatory The Hague Elina Keijzer Netherlands studied recorder organ and church music at the Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam with Walter van Hauwe Jacques van Oortmerssen and Hans van Nieuwkoop She later took a diploma in choral direction at the Conservatory of Alkmaar with Harold Lenselink She works as a cantor organist for the Protestant parish of Santpoort Noord where she accompanies the weekly services She teaches organ and recorder at the arts and creativity centre Triade and is also choirmaster of the school choir Fonduyn both in Den Helder She furthermore teaches organ at Artiance
